Basically all the signs give the same message
("shop to let", in case you couldn't work it out).

Update: Lilac tells me that the sign on the box says
"Rental Department". It's probably too small to read
in the web version, but she had a look at the original.
That means this must be one of the many agents, so I have
changed the title, which used to be "final paperwork".

Incidentally he was gone, and the shutter was closed,
when I went past again about half an hour later.
