Cuddly Bear....

Skansen Nature Park...

I used Daily Textures....winter Treasures...
Smudge painted the bear with the smudge tool in Photoshop...

Thank you all for your good wishes...happy to say all the tests I had were okay...
So now I am on a low dose blood pressure medication and so far so good my blood pressure is going down...
Will see the nurse on the 19th to check that all is well...
