Really crisp shot for 1/10 sec hand held. Gotta love VR. ;-)

I agree, VR is sometimes a lifesaver! This is a real cute shot! Here I was expecting a portrait of your wife! LOL

Nice encounter and perfectly shot.

Nice catchlight in the eye, Roy, and the detail demonstrates the effectiveness of VR very well.

Nice sharp image of your little “camping buddy” and while VR is a valuable asset even with this feature engaged good hand holding technique and steady hands are a necessity especially at 1/10 of a Sec. well done.

A great image of the squirrel.

Wonderful close up of this cute little fellow, looks like he's had his ears nicked.

wonderful image I wonder if I could use a Tamron 1.4 tc on a Nikon 200mm Macro f4 ?

Beautiful Roy, you just "nailed focus" on the eye! 1/10 second is hard to believe, but I'd never question your reporting - Ever - Roy! The ƒ 4.5 doesn't leave you with much DOF does it? The color and fur texture are perfect!

Gorgeous shot, any way I look at it ;~)

wonderful capture... looking at his ears I think he did a lot of fighting
