Auch wir haben 3 verschiedene Düfte gekauft, wobei man uns Vergleichsdüfte benannt hatte.
Zuhause war uns dann nicht mehr klar, welcher Duft welcher war. Aber auch mehrfaches
Anschreiben per Mail (mind. 8x) hat keinerlei Antwort erbracht. Dieser Service sollte
doch eigentlich selbstverständlich sein, oder???

I bought ten bottles of parfumes and oil when I visited Abu Simbel Perfumes Palace about one year ago. I like them very much. Recently I found two bottles of Sandal Wood oil (#41) have a thick layer of white residue at the bottom of the bottle. Does that mean the bottles of oil have turned bad and cannot be used again.
Please advise.

My experience was not very good as when I opened the beautiful perfume bottle I bought when I got back to the states a piece of the stem had broken off before it was packed. I cannot find an e-mail address. Anyone know where to contact them.

I visited Abu Simbel Perfumed Palace in December and made several purchases. I retained the paper that I wrote the translations of the blends, but now cannot locate it. Anyone out there still have your handwritten sheet. Specifically, I'd like to know 15 - Tut-nkh-Amon, 21 - Arabian NIght, 22 - Five Secrets, 24 Houros, 39 - Mena, 34 AMon-Ra and any others. I remember that 19 Queen of Cleopatra is POISON.

We visited the Aswan Elite perfumery on (I think) 12th December. I bought 6 large bottles of the various essential oils (almost 3000 Egyptian pounds!)but on unwrapping them back at home, one of them (Sandal Oil No, 38) was just ordinary base oil -- totally clear in colour and absolutely no essence whatsoever. The other 5 (double jasmine, Royal Amber, Lavender etc.,) are very beautiful. I would like to know if this establishment will export their goods (plastic bottles please.

I visited Elite Essences in Ashwan on October 28, 2010 and purchased 8 bottles of various essences. I just opened them and found tht 2 out of the 8 were Sandal Oil #38 which I did not order. My total cost was $372.90 or LE21150.00. Please let me know what you will do to make this right. Thank you.

In November, my daughter and I visited Egypt. We went to the Abu Simbel Perfume Palace and took home some perfume and aromatharapy oils.

My problem is one of the oils does not have a label on it and I cannot recall what it is. It is an aromatherapy oil and it is sort of a brownish color and a sticker on it says something like S1 or 51 not sure. What is it and how do I use it?

From my information sheet it says: "Flower extracts may be used in different ways:
1 - Use pure as it
2 - For perfumes it may diluted with pure alcohol (1:9M) - (1:6F)
3 - For ET: it may be diluted with the 1:15 adding distilled water
4 - Creating bath oil requires 20 drops of essence

I recently visited the Perfume Palace on my visit to Egypt and bought several oils (7-Papyrus, 16-Queen Hatshipsut, 41-Sandalwood, 44 Eucaliptus, 49 Lettuce Oil, 45-Mint. I do not remember the directions for mixing the oils. Do you mix with distilled water? How much and in what size container? Please send the directions for use.
