I used this pellet because it is photogenic. The photo is mainly to demonstrate the macro capabilities of the 995 - the pellet is .177" in diameter. Actually, I didn't really push the limits. I just put the pellet down set the camera to macro mode, and brought the lens to within in one inch or so. Focus was automatic. I cropped off what wasn't needed.
