Not far ie 50% of the planes that create the noise events are flying right over Brisbane. 100% of these planes are turned early by the Controllers in TRACON which is near Sacramento. How do we know it is 100%? Look at the marker on the right, SEPDY. It is physically impossible for a passenger jet to pass over the FAA defined waypoint, SEPDY and then turn over the central residential area of Brisbane. Well it might be possible but the passengers would protest at the extreme banking.

But note the new waypoint, SSTIK that is half a mile closer to SFO. We do not know the flight path through SSTIK. We need to ask the FAA where the proposed flight path is. A consultant's view on where the flight path insufficient and there is no accountability.
