I remember that Hart Gerlinger had a white store bought mini bike
( Hart http://www.pbase.com/orangecones/image/23467088 ) and
I had a homemade motor scooter powered by a Briggs and Stratton
lawnmower motor. My mini bike was built around a bike frame with a
full size bicycle tire on the front. The mini bike was powered using a
twelve inch air filled tire on an axle with belt drive and a top speed of
20 MPH. Then I got my Vespa scooter and boy did it go good. I got a
ticket for riding it on the road and got kicked out of school for a week.
I had a blast on this scooter & it burned gas & oil mixture 2 cycle Eng.
