Jeffrey Lewis Knapp's Royal Blue 1938 Chevy 5 window coupe with a 283 V8 engine & three speed transmission. The interior was light tan vinyl with blue diamonds not tuck-n-roll. I ran away to Los Angles during the summer of 1970 and ended up selling it to a guy named Ron for $75.00. The motor was blown up and I had no way to fix it.

I saw Jimi Hendrix during my stay in LA. Hendrix was, in my opinion, the greatest left-handed guitar player in the whole wide world and he played the guitar upside down and backwards. He passed away four months later after the concert from a drug overdose.

Mom's VW Van is in the background and the Christmas lights are still up. I think the Christmas lights were up year around. Mom bought this van after our Greenbrier van spontaneously caught fire right where the VW van is sitting and burnt. The Greenbrier was a total loss.
