Here you see Murrukku, no English name for it, made from rice flower and sesame seed, pressed to this form and fried in refined oil.
Very crispy, you need some good teeth and the yellow ones are not spicy, the rose they add chili-powder, take care of those if you are sensitive to spicy things.
