While owning Rosita, I have completed these projects:

Installed dual electric windlasses for ease of using two heavy anchors and to provide backup;

Replaced the toilet;

Installed an oil pump-out kit;

Replaced and rebedded the main-mast chainplates;

Installed an 18 gallon auxiliary fuel tank (the original needs refurbished or replaced);

Installed a Force 10 propane oven and propane locker (removed original alcohol stove);

Added two cockpit locker for access to storage
