This is actually a mini lighthouse housing Gay Head's first Fresnal lense and during the season, you can walk around and take a close look at it! There are over 1000 prisms in there!!! It's located at the Martha's Vineyard Historical Society Museum in Edgartown (The Ross Fresnal Lens Building)
Now if someone turned that light on, maybe it would melt the ice off those windows!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
