1st - c83 wide from below - miracle shot - brent

After I help my wife at her store I often take this path either to or from the car. On Saturday the clouds were just amazing and after the sun had set I came back along this path. Thinking the clouds over the barn looked very interesting I tried a shot even though it was pretty dark and I did not have a tripod (given the lightening and my aluminum tripod that is probably a good thing). Just when I pressed the shutter the lightening flashed.

I don't knew that the E-1 has wireless flash synchro (and what a flash!). Even without the bonus of the lightning, this is a great shot; I think you should offer yourself to repaint this barn when time will be arrived, given the profit you're getting from :oD endika

What do you want me to say ? I'll just sit back in front of this, and enjoy. Perfect exposure... and timing of course, but this was a bonus !

Perfect timing! A winner in my eyes. I love the lightning bolts situated perfectly above the barn. It is just amazing that you captured this image. the bolts could've been way off to the left or right. Beautiful countryside you have in your part of the world. Beautiful, just beautiful

Today was big lighting storm in Zagreb. I tried to shot it but zero result. Now I appreciate your shot even more. Excellent.

That's just incredible. I'we tried all kinds of serialphoto long exposures etc to capture the lightening, but it's always in an unexpected direction or just between exposures or whatnot. Congratulation.

You know even without the lightning this is a great shot.
The lightening adds wonder and makes one think I could be hit with a strike at any time.

Talk about timing! This is wonderful. We had lightning on Saturday but it was dark and raining by then, so I had no hope of using the camera. I'm super-impressed by the shot (and envious of your amazing luck added to your obvious skill).

I've just realised that this is the same red barn as featured in the exhibition but from a different angle on a different day. A real "cracking" image.
