Thanks all of you- Miro, you are half right. It is a painting but I PP'd (using Liquify in PS) the portrait of the girl to make her look like the one in the portrait. Frank

Oh Frank this is wonderful!! I kept trying to see it yesterday (but it was broke) and now that I see it - I keep looking closer, and trying to see around her head and overall I just am very pleased to look at it! It looks like ART! brent

Frank! I'm not sure but it looks to Me the portrait in the front is somebodies photograph who looks like the portrait on the painting, or is it ....? Puzzling for sure and on theme. Nicely done.
