Endika, the more I come back to view this photo, the more I am drawn into it. The lines, the perspective, light and shadow are composed perfectly.

The entire scene is gripping. I especially like the alternating light and dark from one side to the other - in fine detail across the buildings at the top, and in broad swaths at the bottom, including the reflection in the water. What an eye you have!

Yes, narrow streets do tend to make for good pictures. This one is lovely.

Thankyou for your comments.
When the light enter in these (actually narrow) alleys of the old downtown, unleashes the magical. Irresistible to photograph once and again. endika
BTW. The wet in the ground is certainly water.

Love this! The man's expression is mostly obscured so for me it tends to make the overall scene a bit mysterious. Thinking off-the-wall but the first thing that entered my head was to imagine that the water was gasoline and it looks like the guy's casually holding a smoke in his hand and contemplating something... what happens next?? ;)

you and your narrow alleys! amazing. as always, this is a marvelous shot. but i'm betting you wish you could've gotten all of his shadow in the frame and perhaps a bit more highlights in his face. nevertheless, outstanding.

This picture has all the right elements, it just drags you in.

Nice perspective. This just pulls me right into the scene.

What a lovely shot. Just takes you in and draws you up. And the water (I hope!) helps you along the way. Alistair

And this is BCN! I love the shots you take like this one Endika. The streets scenes are always such a beautiful sight to me.
