Hoping for a Beginning by Shirley Haden (MercurySoft1)

She has never had a fertile egg yet. The Daddy is a good one and shares nesting as much as she does, singing away to these eggs everyday while he is in the box. He just isn't getting the important part right.

this is her actual nesting box. I took one from the top with the lid off and she got off the eggs so it was nice. This one I tried a shot with the lid off and light from a lamp shining in and took it through the hole in the box. It's a funny shape because they have chewed the hole to suit their taste and evidently a perfect circle was out of the question for their pad. LOL
