We had 24 Short-eared Owls dancing around this one field, barking and playing at dusk. I started squeaking and this bird was swirling around right over our heads trying to find that mouse.

Went back the next night and they came out earlier just after the rain stopped and we had over 35 birds come up, chase the Harriers trying to go to bed, and leave the field.
