Great rear drum brake assembly instructions!
Thanks, even my older manuals do not cover it like you do!
When I have time will check out your other stuff.

Thank you for super clear drum brake assembly instructions!
I'm going to assemble the rear brakes of my 1995 Caprice wagon in the couple of days, and this makes it look so much easier. Just disassembled one of them, and it looks identical to yours.

thanks for the info! very well put together so anybody could do it and not make any mistakes!!! I purchased a 95 suburban and had not done a brake job in at least 12 yrs, and thought I was going cray when I opened it up but your diagrams confirmed what I suspected........they were assembled wrong!!!! thanks again.....Ray

Thanks for the drum brake assembly instructions. I couldn't find anything anywhere that had that much clarity. I was at my wits end. The pictures were perfect. My 1993 chevy has those brakes. Who'd of thought that gm had been using that same kind of brake set-up since the 60's ?

Thanks for your picture guide for drum brakes. So happerns my project was a 14 bolt to go under my son's Z71 4X4. I would have been lost, all I had was backing plates. Chilton's book was of no help other to confirm to me I need real help. Thanks again. TommyJoe

Long time no see Uncle Ricky. I come through here every couple years to see if something's new. Nice bike! I didn't think you went the two-wheel way. Send me an email so I can have yours (will@bigmediahouse.com). I want to come up your way and show you my '81 Scottsdale. Anywho, looks like everything is going down in an upward type fashion. Mark

I just purchased a 1961 Impala. The entire Park brake system is gone but I have been able to get everything but the park brake lever assembly. Any idea where I can purchase one new?

Great photos, now all you need is a 2GB 1.8 inch hard drive to put them on.
