Every Saturday when the weather is fair, hundreds of car enthusiasts in Virginia, D.C., Maryland and neighboring states wake up early to bring their beloved toys to this 7-to-9 a.m. gathering about half an hour west of Washington, D.C. Usually, most attendees come and go, with some staying only for a short while. Many show up sporadically, some with a different car each time, so most cars tend to be different from one Saturday to the next, practically making every visit worthwhile.

On May 17, I joined this weekly gathering while it was in full swing. As usual, I photographed whatever cars caught my eye, especially (but not only) particular examples I had not photographed before at this Cars & Coffee. One car I regret not noticing was a dark green 2015 Jaguar F-Type Coupe, visible in the background in some of the photos I took.
