I spent the second week of October 2017 in Colorado, during which Colorado friends Dan and Monique Greenberg kindly welcomed my family and me with dinner at a Japanese restaurant. This occurred three days before Dan flew to Maryland. So, for about half of the week, he was taking photos in my state, while I was taking pictures in his.

During our Colorado visit, my wife and I drove around the state, visiting Idaho Springs, Vail, Aspen, Telluride, Ouray, Gateway and Breckenridge, as well as Denver, Broomfield and Boulder. I visited Golden by myself. Here are some of the photos I took, with more to come later in another gallery or two. (NOTE: The camera's clock was on Eastern Daylight Time, two hours ahead of the local Mountain Daylight Time.)
