As I drove home from work this morning it became very windy.
The car was lashed and buffetted by gale force winds and sleet.
So I stayed in bed an extra long time.
When I woke up the sun was streaming through the window,
and the house was peaceful, just Conor at home.
I took a picture of Boris (below) illuminated in the sunshine,
then we nipped out, but it turned cold and wintry again.
Time for a frothy coffee and a bit of shortbread to warm ourselves up.

We watched an episode or two of Reggie Perrin,
Zak picked this one out for me while I had a bath and got ready for work tonight.
Otherwise I would have been 'eleven minutes late' while I tried to choose one.
So I've plugged his pic for today (bottom right!)
