A short walk this afternoon up to these stones, then I'm off to work for nightshift.
The flat stone is called the recumbant and is unique to this area. What the stones were for nobody really knows, but possibly they were something to do with observing the moon. Apparently, a particularly large full moon rises over this stone once every 18 years or so.
