This photo was printed in a Pakistani newspaper recently (without permission) with a misleading caption about 'Mujahideen or terrorist?'. In 1989 we barely knew the word 'terrorist' in Pakistan.
There had been articles about us while we were doing the trip and they must have recycled the photo from stock photos.
Any resemblance to anyone living is maybe coincidental.
