This image was the first digital photograph I sent electronically
to Dr. Kevin Scott at USGS/Cascades Volcano Observatory in
Vancouver, WA. It marks the beginning of my aerial photography
efforts in the North Cascades, and was significant in establishing
my connection with the community of geologists and volcanologists.
