Located adjacent to the Sterling Sugar refinery, this was the plantation house, now housing the offices of the refinery.

Sterling Sugar is operated by the M A Patout & Sons Limited organization. Founded in 1825 it is the oldest company in the United States still owned and operated by the original family.
