The dining car is located in the center of the train, to separate the sleeper section fron the coach section. The seating area is located in the upper level, the food preparation is located in the lower level. The dining cars are being refurbished into Cross Country Cafe cars, which are shown in the next photo.
This view is looking toward the front of the train, toward the sleeper section.
