This gallery includes my trip reports.
Extremadura is a wonderful place for birding. In addition, the landscpaes are so beautiful and the silence prevails over steppes and mountainous areas.
Each season provides numerous birds' species, but several are sedentary in their range.
But Spain is rich in birds' species, and Extremadura is not the only place for birding.
The Pyrenean Mountains shelters numerous birds of prey and other smaller species.
We also visited Navarra and Aragon, where the Eurasian Griffon Vultures are present all year round, and Egyptian Vultures are summer visitors.
The Ebro Delta is another famous location for birding. We'll visit it next day!
