Start of a 10K Race

Virtually no photographers attended and I was able to have a good vantage point. The second man on the right,front row. won the race. The first woman on the left, front row came in second.
I guess it pays to get in the front row.

A well chosen low-angle perspective helps to see their faces. The eventual winner is the only competitor we can see wearing gloves ... now there's a lesson!
