"Olympic Iliad " Detail. Commonly Called "Pasta Tube"

Situated near Seattle's iconic Space Needle was to me, an ungainly large sculpture. Upon examining my picture of it I found this portion that I liked.

What ever it is I believe you may be the first person to actually take a photo of it! Not a clue of what it represents because it maybe leftover from something else. By law they have to recycle what they can and… Voilà! Art! ;-)
