Whitefaced and Howler monkeys share the same area at the Allegro Papagayo resort at Golfo Papagayo. The white-faced monkeys are considered more intelligent than the Howlers. One reason for that is their use of tools (e.g. stick to dig out insects). White-face monkeys come to ground and are omnivores while the Howlers are vegetarians and remain in the trees.
