DRIVE MECHANISM ON TWEETSIE RAILROAD STEAM ENGINE NUMBER 12

No lightweight, dainty connectors here! Just good, solid American steel. This engine was built in 1917, by the Baldwin Locomotive Works, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Baldwin's Engine Numbers 10, 11, 12 and 14 (narrow gauge "Ten Wheelers") were owned and operated by the East Tennessee & Western North Carolina Railroad. Those engines were unique in their design and were possessed by no other railroad in the world. Number 12 was the only one saved from scrapping, in 1950.

"P" (Program) Shooting Mode. Dynamic B&W Film Mode. 35mm equivalent focal length of 24mm.
