Hi Ian,
trying various sources to contact you.
I'm one of the artists from the arctic trip to Greenland in 2006.
You'd given us all permission to use the group shot you took on the deck of the Ioffe, on condition that we let you know.
Please contact me through: www.wdavidward.com
I try to locate you through other sources.
Best for now,
David

Ian,
My grandmother was a Pettigrew, great-granddaughter of William (Guillaume) Pettigrew, also known as Léquipage (since he was a master pilot on the St. Lawrence) and great-great-granddaughter of Sir James Pettigrew, Captain in the 10th Regiment of Foot under General William Howe.

Might you also be related to this family?

Dear Mr. Pettigrew
I came across your fantastic picture from the harbour of Aasiaat, when I was looking for a picture to show our partnership with the Aasiaat-company Sisak Teknik A/S. Can I have permission to use the picture for our new website www.oilpower.dk? I'll be sure to acknowledge you, if I have your permission.
Best regards

Dear Mr Pettigrew

I am putting together a small packet book called Loch lomond Living Walks and came across one of your pictures. So I was wondering if I could use one titled 'Garden pond with fountain.

Yours Sincerely Tony Brown - 26th/Feb/2009

would like to know if we can use some of your images commercially in a program that helps ships understand marin pollution regulations.

Hi Ian
Glad to see you are keeping up the excellent standards that you have set, for the rest of us "amateur`s" here on the Anasuria.
We will have to work hard to attain the same standards as your efforts!!

Fantastic pictures Ian. Good to be in touch once again. Many great memories "buzzing" around in ma'heed noo. I guess all that overtime spent in Elliott "B" Start up Room were not wasted after all.
Your old work colleague and friend,
Les.

Dear Ian

You have "a Great Eye."
Really enjoyed your works of photography. Keep up your wide range of various types of work. The joy of travelling enroute via Greenland and Baffin Island were inspired again. Just love your humour. The photo of an artist painting in the room while another artist was peering through the porthole window had me, "howling with laughter."
As a fellow photographer I was won over by your style.
