Life on the Shell FPSO Anasuria. North Sea Scotland. Jul '06.

The Anasuria (225.8 metres long) is a Floating Production Storage Offtake vessel located approximately 95 miles north east of Aberdeen Scotland. The pictures here were taken over a 2 week period and attempt in a small way to convey what life is like on the Anasuria. It is by no means a complete record.

Hi there, Photos are great! I was wondering if you knew how to go about employment on board FPSO’s like this one, I currently work for shell as Engineer but work deep sea Do you have any recruitment adds or info would be greatly appreciated

Hi there, like the site!! good to be able to see what an installations like before you arrive!
Ive been offered a short trip on here going next tuesday 10th May 2011 but havent been given a check in time, for travel purposes do you know what time Checkin a tuesday crew change is?

Wow wow wow,,,, nice page and nice photos... I can imagine all of you are very comfortable during onboard.... I m Anil, working as Lead Process operator in an FPSO, first FPSO located at Indian water.... Nice to see the people who have similar wking atmosphire like mine....Take care and God bless you all....

Hi, I came across your site purely by accident and stopped to browse. It was interesting for me to see the people that make Anasuria work. I was involved in the design approval of this FPSO design and later in the construction of the hull in Nagasaki, Japan, so I have some sentimental attachment to this facility. Interesting site and nice photos. All the best to everyone involved.

Hi Ian, Great pictures, i have just found out that i am being placed on the Anasuria and its given me a insight into it. Im a mechanical tech coming out with PSN only found out today that i am getting placed there so dont really know much more else!
Anyways thanks for the pics, might see some of the people in there soon! Chris
