Excellent service, able to easily talk to a representative on the phone. Friendly folks who don't even mind telling us southerners about their weather. (I live in a Detroit suburb).

The shade is a Comfortex Symphony cellular shade in Manuscript Grandesa. There are five more in the room with the pantry galley and dog washing station. I got them over the internet, but do not recall the name of the company.

Flooring is from Nova Linoleum. It is a floating floor with a layer of cork, then MDF, then linoleum. We did glue it, as I am not neat and I have dogs who might drool or drip. My floor color is Sand. Here's the link:
