Guayaquil

This is the jumping off city for the Galapagos Islands. We spent a couple of days there before the flight to the islands, and then a few more days afterwards, looking for medical treatment & such. Unfortunately, we didn't really see anything outside the city area, except for one trip to the medical clinic, and that was by taxi and I wouldn't have a clue where it was any more. The main features were the riverside promenade called the Malecon, the rock area called Las Peñas, the museum and art gallery and the Iguana Park. We went to the iguana Park two days, so I've started and ended with that.
