Csaba, I agree with Bob that the randomness of the repeated items helps add some interest to this one. The subject as a whole is maybe not so appealing to me, but worth a look all the same.

NIce eye.
I'd have seen this building and not given it a second glance. I like the diagonal presentation. The random a/c units and scattered open windows really make this work.
I think I like the low contrast and saturation as it enhances the institutional feel of the shot.
