Adrian, another Speaker's Corner masterpiece. Great contrasts and use of DOF. Cheers, John

Nice picture with original interpretation of the theme.

Many visual contrsts here: Up and down, black and white, man female (more difficult to guess without your hint)... but you make us think about the context with the title. Two side of a heated debate? Whatever it is, it's another great people shot. I bet now that regulars know you, it's even easier to get great shot by "disappearing" in the routine?

Though I spent sunny afternoon in Hyde park, I completely forgot visiting Speaker's corner when I was in London a couple of weeks ago. Your series of pics from there is absolutely top class. They never fail to engage and fascinate. Great work.
Cheers! Fred

Had me fooled too... such contrasting thoughts, brings a whole new depth to the topic. And the sharply defined contrast from one face to the other makes this image stunning.

Glad that 'he' is a she. When I looked at the photo I also assumed a he and didn't see any beard. That sent me for a loop. The person looked too old not to have some facial hair. Nice contrast of skin tones.

thanx Alain - he's actually a she - a bit hard to tell when i'm working this close - hopefully this adds something more to the contrast? here's a link to a wider shothttp://www.pbase.com/image/32875707. adrianox

Good one from your excellent series of speakers corner pics. Nice compo with matching, though inclined, profiles of both men. Good skin contrast too. Thanks.
