Morning Kiss by Troy Lepore

Ok, I cheated, this was done with a spray bottle.
But it was in the morning! :-)

normally I do not like the gratuitous "mist on flower" shots. But the color and velvet like texture here is just gorgeous!

It is a very beautifull shot. And the fact that you used a "trick" is a tribute to your creativity. It is also makes the relations to the theme stronger...

I'm so glad that was just a typo. I had visions of a poor, homeless, stray bottle just wandering by and then being nabbed by you and somehow turning it into a rose! Great photo.

Ooops that is 'spray bottle', fixed that, thanks Philip.

Lovely color and contrast with the water. Feels like deep red velvet

Hi Troy. This is a beautiful photo. I love the color and the sparkles. What, though, is your reference to a "stray bottle"?

Nice idea. Beautiful range of color. I like the contrast between the sparkling texture of the drops with the silky texture of the petals.
