;-) michael.nj - i'm really glad Fred gave me some more insights into this pic - when u put all that together it gives it much more context. I think you did a great job - the disembodied face (with great texture & integral structure) floating. really good result. thanks

Thanks for the comments. I found the face and black background too plain. Actually, if you look closely you'll see it's not just background but foreground also. I enjoyed doing it. Appreciate your thoughts very much.

I'm not qualified to give any pointers, but being an American, I'm going to anyway. LOL

I find the background distracting. To me it takes the focus away from the face. Other than that, I think the idea and the shot are way COOL!

Did you just solve puzzle of the Lamont Configuration? Good interpretation of the theme and witty reference to Bakers gorie movie, and the title makes me think of the low budget horror films from Hammer. Grrrreat one Michael nj.
