I can almost here the echoes of the sea reflecting from the pillars. The central view works very well in this pic. Indeed a very 'sacred' atmosphere.

I love the light and space. You have captured a certain intangible quality with this shot. You have brought us to a secret place--quite and alone in the midst of scene outside.

Hi Peggy,

Nice picture, and good composition. Makes it feel this shot soooooo long. The dark layer of weeds and mussels at the bottom provides interest by contrasting with the water.

great capture Peggy - it does have that temple feel, with strong lines, and the texture of the mussels, water, and light (all over). the 'doorway' at the end of the pier with the horizon is the gem in this pic for me. I'd like to see a series around this peir. thanx.
