Like the subtle changes in color depending on proximity to the passing truck. Neat idea.

Nice! I like your thinking on this one. With stronger colours I might've got the concept without the explanation, but with it I think it stands fine as it is. I think this is going to be a really inventive challenge! Great job!

Hi, good idea, I like those soft colors.

Hi Paul,
Thanks from me too for your explanation. That's such a great idea that I like your pic even better now that I understand the coloured truck is painting the containers as it passes by. However, it must be very cheap paint of very low persistence as the colours have faded very quickly on the first containers the truck passed by. Anyway, you have given us a look at a clever idea that has given me some ideas of my own! ;o) hehe
Cheers, John

Hi Paul,

Ahh, it's a nice idea (the truck that colors as it passes by...). I have to say that without your explanation I would have probably not guess it (maybe more focused color around the truck or even a color edge on one column of containers would make the concept clearear). Aside the coloring I like the diagonal composition and the position of the truck in the shot. Now with you fisrt out of the gate with such a nce picture, I'm not sure I still believe yu are olor blind ;-) Good work

Thx John, The idea is that as the "painted wagon" passes by, the containers light up in color, for a brief moment... Paul.

Hi Paul,
Good effort and congratulations on securing pole position in the C9 pole gallery. I quite like your pic. It has enough contrast between the combination of coloured containers and truck and the monotone containers to create an interesting effect. There is also enough detail here to cause me to look around at various parts of the image without the other items being too distracting. I like the placement of the truck as well departing (or sitting) at the lower left and adding some stronger colour to draw attention to itself.
Cheers, John
