Today is my double nickels birthday. I didn’t have to work so slept in late and pampered myself a bit. During a motorcycle ride I noticed some purple flowers that I thought would be a good subject later this evening. So, I grabbed my stuff and headed out there. This is the shot I picked and yes I know it is not purple flowers. This image appealed to me more. It is grass blowing in the breeze as the sun is setting. There is a peacefulness in this image. If we bend as a blade of grass rather than standing rigid as a fence post when the Spirit life blows we will have peace and serenity.
