Along the Illinois river in Peoria

Brrr... Our high today was 13 F, but with wind chill, -2. There's an advisory from 6pm (cst) tonight, till tomorrow... "Temperatures In The Single Digits Tonight Combined With North Winds Of 15 To 25 Mph Will Generate Wind Chills Of 15 To 20 Below Zero Tonight And Thursday Morning."
No wonder the River is freezing up!
BTW, there's no snow in these shots, that's ALL ice!
