Hello M. Plonsky, I believe that your insect photography is wonderful and is so with the wide variety of subjects you have documented. How you are able to find, light and not disturb this many subjects while photographing them is amazing. Just for feedback purposes, in my opinion, this is the strongest of your work. I spent a good 20 minutes and viewed almost each photo of the insects in all categories and could not get enough of the imagery. In my view of why I feel it is so strong is that this it so difficult for us humans to view these life forms that we ignore them regularly (unless they become a nuisance). And at the same time they are such an important part of how things work with all of life that exist on our planet. Thanks so much for sharing your work with the us out on the www. I enjoyed the photography immensely and please do keep up the great work.

Beautiful pics. I am interested about your technique in shooting insects, frogs, etc. I recently purchased the Nikon 60 mm macro lens 2.8G ED. The few insects I have photographed are nowhere near as big -in the photo- as yours. Nor are they as clear. Is the bee alive ? Do you have any articles about technique ? Thanx, Herb Rosen
