A very difficult bird to ID from this photo. Though not apparently long enough for a flycatcher, the body is foreshortened by the camera angle. Black legs, wing extension and breast coloration supports the tentative ID, although the upper wing bar, head shape and black bill argue for a female Ruby-crowned Kinglet. The eye ring is inconclusive in the photo.
