Politics
Kuala Lumpur, September 2007

I felt no anti-americanism during our trip. I did, though, notice this protest on a window at the train station.

Considering that Malaysia is a Moslem country, it is nice to know that the country isn't inundated with political posters like the one in this photo. I know you can never get away from politics, but it's nice when it's kept to a minimum....especially when you're an American nowadays travelling in a foreign country.

There are two sides to every story, it would seem.
We sometimes forget this.
