Here we have a faded B&W snapshot of my mother with very poor tonal delineation. It was taken in Ballston Spa, NY in early spring 1941.
Fine detail was non-existent in the original photograph but appears better now because of acutance enhancement.
Obviously I cloned out the sticker on the bottom to improve the look of the photo.
