Driving back from Elkton, Md, we stopped in Conowingo at the Route 1 electric dam - the park below the dam. Walked our dog along the trail that's on the south side of the Susquehanna River.
While doing post editing, spotted what looks like a fishing lure stuck on his left leg; also, and maybe a result of the fishing hook, this GBH has an injured toe.
