Dark Morphed Ferruginous Hawk

Steamboat Springs, Colorado

Same raptor as previous image taken with my Nikon with 400mm range, this image taken through my spotting scope.
Originally thought to be an immature Bald Eagle; Raymond De Smet believes this is a hawk; not sure which species of hawk, but I do agree with Raymond. I'm going with Dark Morphed Ferruginous Hawk.
Open field just right of route 40 heading into Steamboat Springs from the East.
