Both cameras shot with changing ISO sensitivity. Up to ISO800 Nikon equals or slightly betters EOS350D in noise, while at ISO1600 EOS350D produces slightly lower noise. Sharpening set to off in both cameras, and no sharpening done later in post processing. Shot as RAW, read with Canon Digital Photo Professional / Nikon Capture Editor.
