In the protected waters of the pale-green pool in the foreground
of the previous photo resides a collection of large, well-fed trout.
With many nudging 3 ft/1 m in length, the fish are a well-known
tourist attraction. "Fanny Bridge" was the nickname given years ago
to the section of Hwy 89 over the river, b/c of the row of shorts-clad
bottoms unwittingly displayed by people looking down at the trout.
